No Fap can make your DGS worse
A lot of men (because of the r/NoFap sub) think that to cure Death Grip you have to stop masturbating for good. I'm sorry to say that this is 100% wrong and bullshit. A no-fap period is necessary at the beginning of the healing process, but it must not be extended indefinitely.
Why?
You need to train your penis to have a strong erection and to come quickly when stimulated. If you don't train it, it won't get used to not being stimulated and you may find it difficult to get an erection or have an orgasm.
It's also unsustainable over time: you'll eventually give up and go back to masturbating. It's like a diet.
In the right circumstances, masturbation is healthy. Don't listen to the bullshit on r/nofap. Prehistoric man masturbated!
How can I have a healthy masturbation?
Start with a period of complete abstinence from porn and masturbation for 15 to 30 days. This is important for resetting your brain. Abstaining from masturbation allows the penis to regain sensitivity that may have been lost due to overstimulation.
Resume masturbation in a healthy way by buying several fleshlights and lubricant. And each time you masturbate, change the fleshlight and positions (lying down, standing up, in the shower...).
